Posture Assessment

A review of both posture and biomechanics is undertaken to assess global muscles and their effects on the presented symptoms and conditions.


Treatment Plan

Following the assessments a treatment plan is compiled, providing the customer with treatment understanding, objectives, massage techniques to be used and treatment timescales.


Advance Massage Techniques

An array of massage techniques are used including Effleurage, Petrissage, Compression, Vibration, Tapotement and Friction. These methods encourage muscle functionality, blood circulation, toxic waste drainage, plus they make you feel great too! 


Muscle Energy Technique (MET)

Muscle Energy Technique releases and relaxes muscles to promote body healing. MET targets connective tissues and reduces muscle tone, but not muscle strength, therefore improving joint range of movement and muscle condition.

Soft Tissue Release (STR)

Soft Tissue Release is a dynamic muscle technique that promotes normalisation and functionality of soft tissue. STR works by elongating short muscles, easing soft tissue congestion and breaking down scar tissue. 


Trigger Points

With trigger point treatment the objective is to turn off the affects and symptoms that they present. With considered techniques there is an easing of tenderness, discomfort, pain and stiffness within the muscle tissue and that of the surrounding area.


Home Care

By applying a regular stretch protocol the soft tissue can be reprogrammed to it's optimum functionality. Stretching is key to maintain soft tissue and joint range of movement. Further advice on posture alignment and mild exercises will also be provided so that the client can continue their rehabilitation at home to gain greater advances and outcomes.
